Useable bonds addon - Bound on floor

I've combined the phenotypes from Elvendur Seluné's 'Useable Bonds' with the floor bound models from Phalzyr's Torture.
The result is phenotype 23.
phenotype.2da is included, though it is better to edit it into your own version.
Be sure to grab the mentioned mods, the credit goes to the original authors!
