Shadows of Tilverton Haks

Haks for the defunct Pesistent World Shadows of Tilverton, including custom implementations of prestige classes, new class features for base classes, a crafting system, etc.

Requires CEP 2, may work with later versions, not sure.

Updated 3/4/21 to include the SoT tlks

I'm not sure whether the most up to date version is desirable, or the one which matches the standard custom tlk named in the module's custom content tab, so I've included both.
