I submit for your approval a package of high heel delight. Adorn your favorite character with the latest in elevated footwear! Watch her shake her hips as she walks or runs! Although feminine sitting animation(s) are available, I still made my own just to round out the package. Call it Basic Instinct if you will.
High heels are included, covering the 12 vanilla shoe models and some more for good measure. It is also quite simple to create a phenotype100 version of any shoe. Simply copy one of the models provided (except 001 of course) and edit it so the bitmap line points to the correct texture.
"Only humans?! That is rather unorthodox!" I hear you cry out with righteous indignation. Alas, that is all I managed to achieve today. But fret not! Other races will soon be able to strut down the walkway as well.
Now I must return to my Fortress of Salacity. Further projects require my attention. But first: sleep!
Edit:
Forgot to mention that demo module is included.
Edit2:
Rejoice as all standard races join humans and half-elves on the runway!
Link to noncombat animations also put in place so the models can wave to the adoring crowd at last.
Edit3:
v2_alt uploaded.
In this version, sitting loop has been extended from 12 seconds to 120 seconds.
Now one must wait a minute to see the model switch her legs. Has science gone too far? You decide!
I had to copy soooo many animation points to let her breathe throughout the whole two minutes of animation.
What can I say? It's a labour of love.
Edit4:
Wedge heel variant meshes uploaded. It will require some work on your part to replace the whole collection.
Make copies of the model. Rename files to match the slot you want to fill.
Edit the model and replace pf<a/d/e/g/h/o>100_foot<l/r>002 string with a string ending in the three digit number matching the file name.
Do this for all strings (including texture).
Edit5:
One of the phenotype0 human shoes was messed up. So here's version 3. Only with long sitting animation.
It's always the small details that get you in the end.
Edit6:
As it turns out 'bulk rename utility' and 'notepad++' make renaming and editing a breeze.
So here's the override version. I started NWN Prelude and lo and behold: they do make leather armor with high heels. A jubilation is undoubtedly in order!
Instructions:
Edit7:
Making up for missed upload promised in Edit4.
Complete wedge heel variant with all heel models included.
Override variant added as well.
Oh, and a much needed disclaimer which I forgot all this time: The textures are not mine. I can't create textures from scratch because I suck.
Edit8:
Driven by a mad lust for perfection, I spent over an hour with the most mind numbingly tedious, repetitive task of renaming and editing 2800+ .mdl files.
The result: ultimate version of both phenotype100 and override versions, covering all 255 possible foot slots.
I was going to do it eventually anyway.

Impressive idea. Perhaps uploading a video animation would be nice. I'll give it a shot anyway, but it'd be good to see the animation before downloading.
Let none say that I do not aim to please. Short demonstration videos for run, walk and sit animations have been uploaded for your viewing pleasure.
karpad,
Of course, the biggest question: are there any wedge heels in there?
These animations look amay-may-mazing!
Thank you for contributing to the community!
Your wish has been half-granted. I've been renaming and editing files for hours today. I just can't take any more.
Edit:
Of course not. Have a full version.
Nice - would it be possible to include this into existing modules without too much hassle? Could the contents of the hak be used as override?
Any enterprising individual can indeed achieve what you propose.
Rename all pf<a/d/e/g/h/o>100.mdl files to pf<a/d/e/g/h/o>0.mdl then edit them and do the same to all instances within.
Rename and edit all footl and footr mdl files the same way.
Put newly edited files along with the two highheel.mdl files into override and you should be all set.
I'll upload an override version later today if I don't forget.
Edit:
Instead of waiting, you get what you asked for immediately!
Surely this is an age of unmitigated glory!
I really like it. It's very... bouncy ;)
My own personal taste, but I find that the sitting animation makes the character look very fidgety. Crossing and uncrossing her legs in two different ways every what like 3 seconds? Makes them look very nervous and unable to sit still. I can attest sometimes you just need to switch but it still seems like it is way too often. I'd like to see much longer periods of time in between. At least 60 seconds. I'm no animator, so I'm not sure that's even attainable. Or perhaps a version where they don't switch their legs at all?
I see your point. It would indeed behoove us to calm her down a bit.
Fear not! We have the technology!
Edit:
Your wish has been fulfilled! It only took an hour.
You were right though. It does look much better.

looks like it might interest you :)
The model is super nice. Thanks for the tip!
Too bad there's no texture in the archive and existing textures don't seem to work with the model.
I know my heel model is very simplistic, but it does work with any texture made for vanilla foot models.
Great job!
Do you have a tutorial for this?
try searching but found nothing about with gmax
I watched the animation kiss, but only for the female phenotype, I've tried to male, but when I export the animation is broken, the character runs on a static without running animation.
This happens only when I exported
Thanks (sry my english)
The issue I have is the animation returns to the... weird "jumpy run" instead of keeping the "track walk" from 1.66, which avoided clipping.
Well, since this was never addressed...
Fantastic work - many thanks.
Do you have any plans to make a version that is compatible with Beamdog's HD Art Pack - With Community Fixes?
