*** UPDATED - v1.8 - now CEP compatible!*** DESCRIPTION This hak contains seventy-eight new cloaks, which bear the symbols of Tyr, Sune, Lathander (two versions, by request), Mystra, Tempus, Chauntea, Kossuth, Bane, Mask, Oghma, Mielikki, Tymora (two versions, by request), Waukeen, Eldath, Myrkul, Ilmater, Talona, Lliira, Nobanion, Eilistraee (two versions because I thought it would be a good idea - one inherits skin and hair colours from the wearer), Beshaba, Red Wizards, Talos, Selune, Loviatar, Silvanus, Gond, Corellon Larethian, Shar (two versions, by request), Sharess, Cult of the Dragon, Lolth, Kelemvor, Auril, Fire Knives, Valkur, Umberlee, Velsharoon, Moradin, Zhentarim, Harpers, Azuth, Siamorphe, Malar, Milil, Bhaal, Shaundakul, Akadi, Deneir, Garagos, Gargauth, Grumbar, Gwaeron, Hoar, Istishia, Jergal, Lurue, Red Knight, Savras, Shiallia, Tiamat, Ubtao, Ulutiu, Finder, Moander, the Emerald Enclave, the Iron Throne, the Lords' Alliance, Garl Glittergold, Gruumsh, Yondalla, the Silver Ravens, the Xanathar's Guild, and the People of the Black Blood... Whew! The Tyrran cloak appeared in my first cloak hak, but the texture has been cleaned up significantly from my original (which was modified from Raven_Xan's cloak hak). The textures allow for different colours within the holy symbols (apart from symbols that are only supposed to have one colour anyway). I won't list what every texture part corresponds to in the holy symbol right here, as it's too much info for this brief description, but the readme file that comes with the hak has all the details. Also, all my cloaks now come in two version: ones that hide wings, and ones that show them. DOWNLOAD CONTENTS A .hak file, an .erf (to import the pre-made cloaks you can see in the screenshot to your module), a small demo module, an optional .2da if you want my hak to be compatible with Lisa's Third Stab at Fancy Schmancy Cloaks, and a .txt readme. PLEASE NOTE In order to introduce compatibility between my cloak hakpak and CEP v2, I have re-numbered *all* my entries in cloakmodels.2da. This breaks all the old cloaks. But wait, don't be alarmed! For I have fixed all the blueprints I made and all the examples in my demo mod. So, to fix any of my cloaks that you imported into your mod, just re-import the full .erf that comes in all versions of this download. Make sure to accept overwriting all cloaks! Unfortunately, you will have to fix any cloaks you made yourself. I know this is a bit of a pain. But it only had to happen once, and will never happen again (as I've padded my new cloakmodels.2da for everything I want to add in future updates, as well as for compatibility with quite a few other cloak haks around the Vault). NWN VERSION The .hak requires NWN 1.68 (as it contains the funky new cloaks). However, the demo module requires HotU 1.68 (as this is my version of the Toolset). *** NOW AVAILABLE - JUST DOWNLOAD THE UPDATE - SMALLER FILE *** Now you can download the manual update, and add the new files (.2da and .plt) to your previously downloaded v1.7 hak yourself. (Also included is an .erf with blueprints for *all* the cloaks, a readme, and a demo mod.) Note, this is just for people who've downloaded the previous version already, and who have a slow connection, to save downloading time. TERMS OF USE 1. Everybody is allowed personal use of this package for their modules. Everybody is also allowed to create the necessary files (2da and all control files) to make possible using this package together with other custom content. 2. Inclusion in public module-specific or server-specific compilations is allowed! :-) 3. Inclusion in public and general use compilations is also allowed. :-) *** If you do choose to redistribute my work, please credit the sources that helped me make it, listed below. *** CREDITS 1.68 Cloaks: Lisa "Tiamiat" Carlson (final cloak geometry, cloak textures, final skinmesh rigging), Francis Lacuna (final cloak geometry, cloak textures, final skinmesh rigging), and Adam "ragnarok_mr4" Anden (animation, cloak geometry prototype, rigging prototype). I have made use of Oghma and Velsharoon cloaks so far, and they are well made and add a great look to go along with the FR lore. Great work!
