Description
I've combined the two haks into one and redid the ITP, SET and added an edge file to the hak. - hobbit hovel by Chanteur and Mr.X. - LOTR: Isengard, the tower of Orthanc by Aragorn26282. They are accesible as a new tileset 'LOTR rural tile' when you create a new area. This is becos, both wont work together in saparate haks. This hak should be compatible with the 1.64 patch.
