Lightweight Tileset Merge

Version 2.0 updates both the Player and Server HAKs with Maxam's Classic Dungeon and the new C.R.A.P. base HAK, along with some fixes for bugged doortypes and loadscreens. Builders, as of this publish safe to prioritize below CEP152. Contains no placeables. However for best compatibility this Hak should be given priority above all other custom tilesets until the builder identifies and merges all *.2da, *.ini,
*.set, and *.itp where filenames conflict.

Note: Players & Builders must use larger download. Dedicated NWN Servers may use smaller version to reduce footprint.
