Minor issue with some projet migrations..

Going over some of the projects migrated from the old vault (btw, can't be said enough, thank you everybody who has a hand in the migration!)

A couple of them have a minor issue though.... For example, Chico's NWNCQ facelift, the project page has a 'copy' of the files lists from the old vault (the formatting of the description, number of downloads listed ect)....

The issue is... that "copy" is above the actual download links for the project page... and the "links" in the copy appear to the user to be actual links.  I at firt thought that the page layout for projects had been changed to make the file links more visible... and then proceeded to become extremely frustrated that I was clicking on the link and no download was happening.  If that capture of the old vault links with it's download counts is going to stay, I would recommend making the 'links' not links so as not to frustrated the casual player looking to download something for their game.

If you run into an issue with anything I've migrated in terms of either downloads links not working, files being corrupted after being downloaded (thus might need to be reuploaded) or the description being a bit oddly formated -- I'm more than willing to take care of these issues.  However I am pulling from the files I kept on my hard drive that I re-archived for my own convenience thus:

  • Things like Read Me files are going to be renamed to something like "Name of Whatever It Is -- Read Me.txt" because I had done this months/years ago when I downloaded thus won't remember the original file names.  I also tend to rename walkthrough files.  (However all the files will be present.)
  • Haks that were originally downloaded separately will instead be included if the hak was created by the same author.  I'll go through the trouble of separating and uploading separately if someone else created the hak.  Otherwise sheer laziness on my part is going to cause me to just upload my backup archive where they're lumped together.  For the same reason, I'm also only uploading in .rar format.
  • Anything with multiple file versions, I am naturally only going to have the version I actually use so that will be it.  Asking me to upload one of the other versions will be moot as I won't have it.

I'm trying to avoid copying and pasting text with linkes from IGN's page without first dropping them into a text editor to destroy said links because I seriously do not want to confuse people with dead links.

Oh, I wasn't clear I think :)  No, the projects I am talking about, the files themselves work fine....

Here's a screenshot of what I am talking about....

The "files" section is above the actual project attachments, and is a little confusing since the links there don't actually do anything.

I've come across a couple projects that have that copy of the "files" section from the old vault.
