Issues with Module

Hello just after a bit of advice, we have a module that has been built a long while ago using Project Q and Wildwoods before Wildwoods was incorporated into Project Q. We are trying to get back into this module with the release of NwNEE and now that Project Q has incorporated the Wildwoods into the newest version of their haks it creates some issues with the areas we have previously built eg: missing textures, sunken tiles and the occasional module corruption error when trying to edit or work in the areas. 

Is there any known workaround for this so we don't have to rebuild from the ground up?

You could try putting the ~wildwoods hak above the q haks in the hak list in the module.  You will probably then need to make a hak above that with a merged loadscreens.2da  since wildwoods has a copy of loadscreens in it.   Otherwise you'll only have access to the loadscreens listed in wildwoods'  version.
