Brightwood- Broken quest?

I have been playing a module called Brightwood.  Not sure if anyone else has played it recently as there's not really any comments here on the new vault.  Anyway, I received a quest from a brass dragon to kill all the monsters in a couple caves and recover the dragon's treasure.  As far as I can tell I have killed all the monsters, but I cannot get the dragon to recognize that all the enemies are dead. 

Might there be any way to use a console commands to force the quest to complete?  Or perhaps open it in the toolset and remove or fix the requirement for the killing all the monsters (as it doesn't seem to be working)?  Unfortunately I don't know squat about the toolset as I've never really had the time to learn how to use it so that is probably beyond me.  Shame I was enjoying it until this point and completion of this quest is apparently necessary to get the key for the final dungeon.   If nothing else I could probably spawn the key but I don't know what it's called.  Alternative is to kill the dragon but don't think my character is capable of defeating him and my paladin doesn't want to slay a good dragon in any case.

Try this console command:

dm_setmodulevarint DragonQ 4

That's the variable that's being checked in the dragon's conversation.

 

To use the toolset to find this kind of stuff out:

1.) Start the toolset, and load the module.

2.) Open the area the quest giver is in. (You'll recognize it, since you've been in it already and know what it's called)

3.) Find the quest giver in the area, right-click them, open their conversation.

4.) In the conversation, check through the dialogue nodes and their linked scripts, specifically the "Text Appears When..." section. Natharistan here just checks for a variable set on the module; should work if you set it manually.
