This is a free model from https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/lotr-cave-troll-for-animatingrigging-20a...
I was tempted and wanted to see, if my approach of my tutorial (see https://neverwintervault.org/article/tutorial/porting-creatures-nwn-blen...) also works for this one. It was not rigged, so I let Mixamo do the job and it actually did work quiet well. I thought, the result might not be very usable, since model is a bit away from a 'normal' humanoid shape. Well, I still had to do some little weight adjustments, but the base result was good.
It uses the stone golem as a skeleton base, BUT I had to tweak some animations to make it look better with the troll. And I completely removed/replaced slash right, because that was too twisty for me to adjust. So what I did is to copy slash left and rename it to slash right, so something is played, when slash right is called.
The original bodyparts are used to cast shadows. I simplified them a bit and adjusted the shape to fit more the troll.
The model came with fancy maps. The normal maps was named “…Normal_OpenGL”, so I didn’t alter/flip them. The original textures were very big. I reduced them to 1024x1024. And I partly reworked the fancy textures (but not the normal map) to better work with NWN1.
For testing I just used a copy of the line of the stone golem of the appearance.2da (92) and that worked nicely.
Though this comes with fancy maps, internally the model still uses the bitmap reference, so it also should work with 1.69.

Info-edits:
1. mmat already sent his appearance.2da-line (see below), but here is mine (because some had trouble to make it show up):

2. Compiling: I often ran into issues, when compiling models - maybe I'm just to stupid... So I leave that up to the people, who are more successfull with this! :-D

"They hae a cave troll" said Boromir.
Now that includes us.
Well met.
Really neat stuff. The skin texture and tummy shape on the front is amazing, the skin texture on the back is stunning.

I agree! Nice textures. But they were created by Ole Gunnar Isager (see that page). I only adjusted/redid the spec- and rough-maps.
The moust awaited creature of all times! wonderfull!
thanks
I used the stone golem 2da appearence changing the model to c_cavetroll...but it does not show up. Do you mind adding the 2da for those like me who struggle with how to add models to the apperance 2da please.
Yes. A little help with the appearance.2da would be welcome. I can't get it to show either. :(
change the STRING_REF number to **** should work. that is where I made the mistake. A sound set for this guy would be over the top ;)
Thanks @Quilistan. Just in case, I now also added my line to the info text.
The 2da (using an ogre as base):
The model should be compiled ...
Thanks @mmat! I now also added my line to the info text.

Thanks for this excellent creature.
I uploaded a version compiled and with dDS: https://neverwintervault.org/project/nwnee/model/lord-rings-cave-troll-c...
Thanks for doing this! Posted a little question on your page.
