Requirements: Nwnv1.69, SoU, and HoTU plus CEPv2.4a
Note: This prefab makes use of the cep2_add_skies hak pak.
A dark and sinister city that once had a breathtaking beauty to it. It has
since fallen into decay, decadence, and madness. Its' citizens live in fear
whilst its' rulers plot and indulge in deadly intrigues. Ebonrath is located
in a misty, secluded mountain vale. There it sits like a spider, waiting for
new visitors to come and be ensnared into its' webs of darkness and evil.
Ebonrath is an exterior area only; no interiors. It has unqiue lighting that
triggers at night. It is medium-sized, as far as cities go. 12x12 size area.
The prefab also includes the mountain pass outside the city, Ebonrath Pass.
All in all, Ebonrath has a bit of a Gothic, Steampunk-esque vibe to it that
makes it ideal for any dark fantasy, Ravenloft or other horror type setting.
Comes with a demo module and .erf file for easy importing into your world.

That means a lot to me. :) This was an extremely fun area to design... the City of Sigil tiles have quite an interesting look to them that really makes an area built with them totally unique. I was happy when they finally included those in the CEP... along with all of the other cool stuff in there too, of course! :D
